Absolutely amazing even with my small hands
Took it to the range the moment I received it. It was very accurate and the felt recoil was smooth. The muzzle flip was directly up and back down even in rapid firing successions. Magazine release was round and in a good position. The slide had tactile grooves for quick racking. Even though the slide stop lever was similar to other manufactures; I found it to lock the slide back after firing the last round every time. The trigger had a strong noticeable wall and was not mushy like other firearm of its caliber. There might be a very small minuet trigger creep if the trigger is pressed extremely slowly. It was far better than most striker fired handguns. Trigger reset was solid ~90 degrees angle at the wall. Glock 17 magazines are compatible with this firearm; no trouble with them. The sights were easy to acquire and distinct. The grip panels in the box were well made. The back and front strap serrations assisted with muzzle flip. The Gas pedal was effective in decreasing muzzle flip. I have small hands so I did have to place my left hand high to be able to reach the gas pedal. I was able to shoot 200 plus rounds without any malfunctions. I do wear small size gloves and was able to reach the trigger but had to manipulate the firearm to press the magazine release. I am not sure about holster availability since it is a custom firearm. I did not use an optic reticle during my range session. From the looks of it; the optic plates were well made and had a lot of compatibility with different brands. If you do plan on using this firearm for everyday carry (EDC); be prepared to have some weight on your hip. I carry a Sig 365 AXG Legion which is a full metal frame; the FX Pro felt slightly heavier. I hope my initial review helped! Thanks for reading.
